If the same medicine was entered under two names (e.g. "arzu5" and "ARZU 5MG"), merge them. All prescriptions move to the kept medicine and the duplicate is removed. This cannot be undone.

🏁 Close out wallet
This records a final settling entry that brings the balance to ₹0 and marks the wallet closed. It stays in the ledger for the record.
💰 Med fee vs actual cost
Each patient's billing cycle runs from their date of admission to the same date next month. Actual cost is prorated by the days each medicine was active in that cycle (at MRP), compared against the flat med fee.
Users
Add the email first, then the person creates their account on the login screen with that email. Management sees everything; Staff sees Patients, Medicines, Prescribe and Notes (no Billing, Reports or fees).

⏱ Due-contact intervals by patient type
▸
Set intervals per patient type. 30 = monthly, 15 = twice a month.
🩺 One-time setup
Backfill every patient's current medicines to start from their admission date, so each fills the full cycle and every cycle since admission. Use this once now, at setup. Don't run it after doctors start making mid-cycle changes.
💊 Medicine requisition
Consolidated medicines needed across all active patients for a month, based on current prescriptions (ignores stock on hand). Use it for pharmacy purchase orders. Two blank columns at the end let staff fill existing stock and the quantity to order.
🩺 Vitals alert thresholds
▸
Readings outside these ranges are flagged red across Vitals and the dashboard.
Weight-loss flags:
For patients on intentional weight reduction. A sudden drop vs the last reading is still flagged.
Weight-gain flags: set these higher than the loss values — recovering patients regaining weight is normal and should not alert.
⚠️ Medicine cost shortfall alert
Admins get a home-screen alert when a patient's projected full-cycle MRP medicine cost exceeds their med fee by more than this amount. Adjust their fee before the cycle closes.
🛠️ Fix fee effective date
If a patient's fee change was recorded with the wrong start date (e.g. imported mid-cycle before the fix), correct it here so the current fee applies from the right cycle.
📣 Inquiry follow-up access
Choose who sees the "Inquiry follow-ups due" card on the home screen. Admins always see it.
📣 Family request coordinator
New family requests are auto-assigned to this person to coordinate (handle it, or pass to doctor/psychologist/MD). Change when they're on leave.
💰 Wallet settings
Choose who can record wallet deposits and expenses. Admins can always record and are the only ones who can void entries.
How far a wallet may go below zero before an expense is blocked. Default ₹1000.
⏰ Follow-up grace period
In the Staff accountability report, a follow-up closed within this many days after its due date still counts as "on time". Set 0 to require closing on or before the due date.

Upload the Contacts export (.xlsx or .csv). Existing patients are matched by Zoho ID / name and their fees updated with history; new ones are created.
